今回は2つのテーマの発表を行います。
第1部では、無国籍に精通した国際法を専門とする研究者がトルーマンライブラリー・ミュージアムを訪問した帰国報告を行います。調査結果から、日本国憲法への誕生に米国政府が果たした役割や、トルーマンミュージアムで原爆投下がどのように扱われているかについて発表する大変興味深い内容になっています。
第2部は、長年に渡り、非正規滞在者を中心に外国人住民との多文化共生の実現に向けて実務で活躍し、現在は研究者として活躍する発表者が担当します。現在、難民認定申請者が急増する背景には、技能実習生、留学生からの申請が増えている側面もあります。では、なぜ技能実習生、留学生が難民申請をするのか、この問題点に主眼を置いた議論を展開します。現在の日本の難民認定制度が抱える問題の背景を知る貴重な機会になるでしょう。

There are two presentations of two themes in this time. 
In first part, a researcher who specializes in international law and has well knowledge of stateless reports regarding visiting Truman Library and Museum. From the survey results, he first will give a presentation about the role of government of the United States for the Japanese Constitution. Second, he focuses on how Truman Library and Museum uses atomic bomb.
In second part, a researcher who has worked for a long time to realize multicultural society with foreign people especially irregular residents gives a presentation. Recently, in the background of the highest refugee application, technical interns and international students apply asylum. Then, why do they apply asylum? His presentation mainly focuses on this issue. This should be an opportunity to know the background of problems which Japanese refugee recognition system faces.
