個人情報保護ガイドライン

多文化社会研究会の活動は、会員の意思を尊重し且つ多文化社会の創生に関する研究をもって日本社会の進歩発展に寄与するため、活動上での個人情報の保護を下記のごとく実施いたします。

記

  1. 個人情報を取り扱うに当たり、その利用目的を「会規定　第４条の目的　第５条の事業」に特定します。
  2. 特定した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取扱いは原則として行いません。
  3. 適正な手段により個人情報を取得します。
  4. 個人情報を取得する際には、その利用目的を通知または公表します。
  5. 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で個人データの正確性、最新性を確保します。
  6. 個人データの安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
  7. 関係者や委託先に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
  8. 本人の同意を得ないで個人データを原則として第三者に提供しません。
  9. 個人情報の利用目的、開示等に必要な手続等について公表します。
  10. 個人情報の取扱いに関する苦情を適切且つ迅速に処理します。
  11. 上記事項を盛込んだ「個人情報保護規程」を制定し、管理します。

Personal Information Protection Guidelines

The activities of the Society for Multicultural Community Studies are conducted in a manner that respects the will of its members and contributes to the advancement of Japanese society through research related to the creation of a multicultural society. In this context, the protection of personal information is implemented as follows:

  1. The purpose of use of personal information shall be specified in accordance with “Article 4 (Objectives)” and “Article 5 (Activities)” of the Society’s Regulations.
  2. Personal information shall not be handled beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purpose of use.
  3. Personal information shall be acquired by appropriate and fair means.
  4. When acquiring personal information, the purpose of use shall be notified or publicly announced.
  5. Personal data shall be kept accurate and up to date within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
  6. Necessary and appropriate security measures shall be taken to ensure the safe management of personal data.
  7. Necessary and appropriate supervision shall be exercised over persons involved and any outsourced parties.
  8. Personal data shall, in principle, not be provided to third parties without the consent of the individual concerned.
  9. The procedures related to the purpose of use and disclosure of retained personal data shall be made public.
  10. Complaints regarding the handling of personal information shall be addressed appropriately and promptly.
  11. The Society shall establish and manage internal “Personal Information Protection Regulations” incorporating the above matters.
